The tool most ALS clinics point to first. A guided finder asks a few questions and narrows the list; a browser and a world map let you look through everything yourself. Listings come from the public registries every day, with extra detail submitted by some sponsors. You can use it without an account; an account lets you save searches and get email alerts. NEALS no longer runs its own trial list and sends people here instead. A quick-start guide for clinicians was added in 2026.
