Compass is still being developed and is effectively in beta. Some content and features may be incomplete, change, or not work as expected.
Content is anchored to trusted sources where available, but Compass has not yet been clinically reviewed. It provides general information rather than medical advice.
Feedback helps us identify gaps, errors, usability problems and opportunities to improve Compass over time.
Support Compass
Compass is being developed to help people living with ALS/MND and their families turn a large amount of information into something more practical and personal. Rather than presenting another static information library, Compass allows people to explore what matters to them, save useful questions, steps and resources, and build a plan they can return to over time.
Sponsorship helps us continue improving the content, accessibility, evidence base and review process while keeping Compass freely available.
Discuss sponsorshipWhy sponsor Compass
- Recognition across a focused ALS/MND information and navigation resource
- Exposure to people living with ALS/MND, family members and caregivers
- Visibility among clinicians, allied health professionals, researchers, advocates and organisations invited to review or contribute
- Association with accessible, evidence-linked and lived-experience-informed information
- Support for ongoing clinical and editorial review
- Support for accessibility, evidence maintenance and future content development
- Ongoing visibility rather than recognition tied only to a single event
Compass is currently in pre-launch development. Through existing community, advisory, research and professional relationships, we believe it is well positioned to attract early attention from people affected by ALS/MND and those working in the field. As the resource grows, we intend to invite more professionals and people with lived experience to review and contribute to it.
What makes Compass different
Most health information resources provide useful material but leave the reader to decide what applies to them and what to do next. Compass is experimenting with a different model. People can move from information into a personal plan by saving relevant cards, questions, steps, resources and lived-experience perspectives.
This creates an opportunity for sponsors to support a practical and evolving resource rather than a static collection of pages.
