When someone tells you about a supplement, a protocol or a clinic that claims to help, this is where to check it. A volunteer group of ALS clinicians and scientists reviews treatments the community votes for, grades each on five criteria, and publishes the review in a peer-reviewed journal as well as on the site. More than eighty reviews so far. It does not sell anything and it names what it does not know.
