Each one walks through what the choice involves, what matters to you, and the questions to take to your team, without telling you what to decide. Modules cover feeding tubes, non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy and invasive ventilation, genetic counselling and testing, and taking part in research. Written in the United States; the medical choices are the same elsewhere, though services and funding differ.
