ALSUntangled reviewed Basis and found theoretical mechanisms that could be relevant to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). It found no studies in ALS models, case reports, or trials involving people with ALS, and therefore does not recommend Basis to slow, stop, or reverse ALS progression.
