Compass is still being developed and is effectively in beta. Some content and features may be incomplete, change, or not work as expected.

Content is anchored to trusted sources where available, but Compass has not yet been clinically reviewed. It provides general information rather than medical advice.

Feedback helps us identify gaps, errors, usability problems and opportunities to improve Compass over time.

Built by a German nonprofit and released in 2026, TENOS is a phone app for keeping your own record of symptoms, medications and how things are changing, with questionnaires you can share with a carer or your neurologist if you choose. It shows trials running at your clinic or in your region, and lets you opt in, measure by measure, to contributing anonymised data to research, with consent you can withdraw. There is no email address or password: your data is encrypted on your device before it syncs, and only you hold the key. Available worldwide on iPhone and Android in twelve languages. The code is open source.
